Fire and Cop Shop ships domestic and internationally.

Domestic:
We make every effort to ship your item within 2 business days of receiving it. Some items may take longer for pre-order or back-ordered items.

We use Fedex and *US Mail for our domestic shipments.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and zipcode using the calculator on the check-out page.

You can choose from the following available shipping choices in the drop down menu during check-out:

Fedex Ground: Available only to businesses. Delivery takes approximatly 1-5 business days depending on your region of the country.

Fedex Home Delivery: Available to all of our residential customers. Delivery takes 1-5 business days depending on your region of the country. Fedex home delivery does deliver on Saturdays but not on Mondays.

Fedex Express Saver: Available to all customers. Delivery in 1-3 business days depending on your region of the country.

Fedex 2nd day: Available to all customers. Guaranteed 2nd business day delivery in the continental USA.

Fedex Standard Overnight: Available to all customers. Guaranteed next business day delivery by 3pm in the continental USA.

*US Mail First Class : This option can be used at our discretion. It is used for very small items and takes approximately 1-5 business days.

Exceptions: Delivery to Alasa, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require extended delivery times.

We will e-mail you when your order is shipped including any tracking numbers. Delivery confirmation or tracking is not available for First Class Mail.

International:

At check out, use drop down menu to choose the country to which your package will be shipped. Shipping will be calculated by country and weight of the package.

Priority International Mail: Priority International US Mail is the least expensive of the two international options. Shipping usually takes 6-10 days but can take longer depending on your country. Tracking is available only to major destinations.

Express International Mail: Delivery to select destinations with tracking available in approximately 3-5 days business days.

Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carrier will charge the recipient all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office.

After your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a customs label number which can help in tracking your package.

Generally, packages take 5-14 days to arrive but can take longer depending on the country.
